Took my truck there to get a repair done all the way from Marquette. They failed to work on my truck because the \frame was rusted out\. Even though they didn't have to lift the truck to fix it...I took it to a local shop in Marquette and they did it. They mentioned nothing about the frame and sait it was fine just has a little UP rust. Matt The service advisor was professional and nice. He was just following what the tech was saying. The sales associate Dave was also very nice and professional. The main complaint is it took way to long for me to hear from them and they didn't do the work that could have been done. No complaints towards Dave or Matt. They were very professional

I am very dissatisfied with their finance department. Their finance manager takes liberties with credit checks and also lied TWICE when questioned about it. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. It is for that reason they would get ZERO stars if I could.
