I had such a great learning experience here. I came for a PALS course and had Alex as an instructor. He is amazing!! I walked out of there feeling more confident and knowledgeable. He simplifies concepts to better understand and perform! I definitely plan on coming back here for certification renewals and other courses!

So, for my second recertification of my PALS in a row, I was the only one in the class. My last recertification, with a different company, the guy grilled me and I will never forget that experience, By the end of that recert, I felt kind of mentally drained, embarrassed and even sort of dumb. So, with this company, I showed up and here I am, the only person, again. I was pleasantly surprised that the instructor was professional, open to questions, and did not repeatedly put me on the spot and grill me like my past experience. I felt respected and was not feeling down on myself when I left class. Highly recommend this instructor, Alex Hernandez! Thank you again!
The staff are very knowledgeable. Alex took the time and made certain the content was understood. They treated everyone with respect and did not make you feel embarrassed for answering incorrectly. Plenty of time to take the test after the classroom content was gone over. I enjoyed hearing the real world experiences from the instructor and how to apply what was taught. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone if this is your first time or you are renewing your certifications.
The class was amazing. Alex made the information very simple and understandable, not only in a classroom scenario but also real life application of the information. I feel like I am walking away knowing much more and with much more confidence in the material and application of it.
Alex was so informative and very entertaining! I feel like I have a much better understanding with the examples he gave! I highly recommend visiting this location to take your ACLS or BLS etc. you wont be disappointed!
