I showed up early at 0530, told had to wait until appointment at 2200. No problem I waited. Checked in one hour before the appointment time, and was the only truck on the yard at the time. As I waited a number of trucks rolled in, were assigned doors and were unloaded. Around midnight I get a phone call telling me to come inside and get me paperwork and that they don't have the time to unload my truck. My company tried to call them and find out the reason for refusing to unload at appointment time and nobody would answer the phone. Makes me wonder how these people would feel if I was able to tamper with their income like this.

Ok place. Let you park on the back dirt lot around the building. Let me check in 2 hrs early but not starting to load until appointment time.
Place is terrible. Had drop yard in back of place and had to put refer fuel in some so went to check in. Girl told me I could get a door at 1030am. Its was 8 am. I said good I need to fuel some refers 8 miles away at flying j. The supervisor here hear me and tried to say I couldn't drop my trl. In my yard to take care of my trls. Lol. I call work and u know how it went from there! Dropped mine took care of my job. Them went to window at 1030 like instructed. But at 1pm still no door. So now trl is parked in yard so they can see it and I'm gone. Good luck getting it. On with next load. Place is a joke!!! Poor. Poor management!!!
I go to this place almost every other week .I usually spend 2.5 to 3 hours here .This is not the place you want to go if you like arriving a little early since most times they wont check you in until 30 min before your appointment,but this new lady Alma tries to work with drivers and has great communication skills.The one star that's missing is because I spend a little more time than I would like to to get anybody to start loading me .
Appt to load was at 1100, they were done loading at 1245, bills were ready at 1300. The reason for the 2 is because the forklift driver tore my chute. I didn't think to take a before pic, but I definitely take them from here on out.
