This was the most unprofessional going home celebration I have ever seen. My family and I was working with this company for about a month we went over everything thing to the cremation, the iron, the lockets, the flowers, and even a blanket with his photo on it. The day of my uncle funeral was a sad day for us and for the family and I to enter the mortuary and not see nothing we purchase was heartbreaking. My uncle wasn’t even there how do you have a funeral and the person your having the funeral for remains aren’t there. The flowers we ordered, the blanket of his photo and the iron it’s self was not there. And when we asked them about it Tillman himself had a attitude with me and told me that the things we purchased wasn’t ready. This was my great uncle who took real good care of his family and when it was Our turn this mortuary let us down. I’m mad, I’m angry and most of all I’m hurt. You only get One funeral and this one right here should’ve been this.

My uncles urn wasn’t at the service , the flowers weren’t there , his back drop with his picture wasn’t there . And I had also purchased lockets and mini urns for the family they were still at the crematory. Lack of communication and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this mortuary I think we need to be reimbursed.
Saying \Thank you\ seems like it's not enough...even though there is cost paid for services render...Still it seems like it's not enough...Some things and some experiences the value of money doe not compared to. Thank you Tillman Mortuary, special thank you to Ashley Tillman who services me with the upmost respect, consideration, sensitivity and addition help outside of what she was required to do. The Tillman Mortuary made my husband look just like himself (Young & Handsome) the special gifts of remembrance and the catered food was OVER THE TOP. God Bless you Forever and Always!
I went to different funeral homes and this one was the best tamera was awesome explained everything in details made me and my family feel very confutable. She speaks Spanish which makes it easier for my family very nice and kind person. Thank you tamera!!!
Tillman is EMACULATE in their services!! When my mother passed, we originally had gone to another funeral home, not knowing any better. My grandmother, who has buried four loved ones over the years, recommended Tillman to us and from the first meeting with their staff until the last day when my mother was buried, our family was at peace knowing they were caring for my mom. When I say they made sure we didn't worry about a thing... WE DIDN'T WORRY!! Tillman took care of everything and went ABOVE and BEYOND with their sympathies, services, comfort and support. Words can't begin to express our gratitude to the entire staff of Tillman Riverside Mortuary! All I can say is I'll be using them for my own services when that time comes lol.
