Billy is the most honest mechanic I've come across. I have a small tiller motor and thought I ruined it. He checked it out, quickly diagnosed the problem, billed me for 1hr labor plus parts. No frills, no b/s, and got me back on the sandbar quickly. What more can you ask for?

I got a similar experience than The Sciarra Effect. Being an inexperience boater I had few problems with it, the last one my motor blew up. Since day one, my first phone call was answered by Billy, the owner of Ace Marine. For all the times I've called never missed a pick up from Bill. He is a professional of his trade. Not only that, he treated my like I was somebody, somebody that need help and he was there in every step of the way helping me on my ignorance. He even came with me to check motors to replace the bad one. His input was invaluable. As a result here I am today enjoying my boat every weekend with my family. And for a fraction of the cost any were else. And I can't forget Mike, the other professional of Ace Marine. He always explained to me different things all new to me about the boat. He is such a sweet person, a professional, a great guy. Don't need to say Ace Marine is my place of choice for my boat needs. Also the place were I feel treated like a person by honest people. When you are a cruiser stranded in bad weather with a dog needing to get to shore it is stressful to have your outboard die. My husband called Bill who suggested to try various interventions to try and troubleshoot it. He was even willing to come get the outboard to help- on a Saturday! On the third troubleshooting trick Bill said try one more time doing this.....It worked! If you ever need outboard work this guy knows his stuff. We are just passing through but will tell everyone we know how great he was. We have a couple of bigger issues on our sailboat we are also dealing with-sure wish Bill was the man for these fixes. Thank you Bill. May you always have great karma.
Anchored out in Lake Worth on a cruising sailboat after coming down the coast from the Chesapeake Bay and almost immediatly got stranded when my dinghy engine quit running! Called Bill and he offered to pick the motor up if I could get it ashore. The next day, I got towed ashore by a friend and delivered the engine to the shop mid day. Mike got right on it and said it might be a couple of days which sounded awesome. About 4 that afternoon, got a call saying my engine was done! Unbelievable service, very fair prices and the motor runs better than it's ever run! Can't reccomend these guys enough!!
