Never had a buying experience more easy than this! We bought our RV online. Worked out details and financing over the phone. After searching for weeks on what we were exactly looking for, we finally found the right one for the right price. The 2.5 hour drive was completely worth it! From the minute I walked into the door to the moment I left, I received 5 star service. When I showed up, the RV was already pulled to the front, cleaned and ready for me to pick it up. Paperwork was prepared and ready for signing. Afterwards I received an in depth run down of my RV on the inside and outside. I had forgotten my key to my hitch but they had no problem getting it off for me to install the correct towing hitch for the RV. Since this was my first time pulling an RV, the service representative took me out on the road and showed me what to expect with pulling the RV with my truck. When I asked for assistance, he didn’t hesitate and jumped right in my truck with me. I greatly appreciated his training time! Throughout the walkthrough and just before I left, the service team really emphasized if I had ANY questions to not hesitate to call them, regardless of me living in a different state. I highly recommend using Robbins RV and I will continue to use them for all of my future RV needs!

Wonderful experience buying our camper ! My husband and I live in Kansas City Missouri and went to Robbins to get our camper ! They had exactly what layout we were wanting ! Doing this whole process via online and over the phone prior to the purchase , can be tough but it was very easy with them ! Pictures and everything we talked to them about ,exceeded our expectations when we actually got there in person to complete our purchase! Keelan was very helpful over the phone and Cole was amazing at showing us our camper and going over everything in complete detail! Cyndi was wonderful in completing all of our paperwork and making everything easy and simple ! Would definitely reccommend buying your next camper from them !

parts guy doesn't hardly ever answer the phone, and doesn't call you back when he says he will, says he ordered my part but some reason it never made it in. I usually try to shop local, but will forsure start driving to antlers for good customer service
