WE ARE A LOCALLY OWNED HYDRAULICS COMPANY IN INDEPENDENCE MO. WE ORDER TUBING ALL THE TIME AND HAVE LOCAL VENDORS, BUT ON THIS RARE OCCASION I NEEDED SOMEONE WHO COULD SUPPLY ME WITH ALUMINUM PNEUMATIC TUBING. I CALLED AROUND AND THEY WERE RECOMMENDED TO US. I CALLED AND SPOKE JOE ARREDONDO. HE GAVE ME A QUOTE WITH ALUMINUM TUBING. I PAID OVER 1200.00. WHEN OUR TUBES ARRIVED LOW AND BEHOLD I GOT STEEL TUBING, WHEN I CALLED AND TRIED TO SPEAK WITH JOE, HE SENT ME TO A MANAGER WHO THEN HUNG UP ON ME. I THEN RECEIVED AND IMMEDIATE CALL BACK FROM THE OWNER WHO BASICALLY CALLED ME STUPID, ASKED ME IF I KNEW HOW TO READ AND TOLD ME THEY WOULDN'T DO AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN. THEY ARE THIEF'S. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY DO NOT HONOR THERE RETURN POLICES AND WHEN THERE EMPLOYEES MAKE A MISTAKE, THEY CALL THERE CUSTOMER'S STUPID.. BAD BUSINESS. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. I ALSO REPORTED THIS TO THE BBB!! WE DID PURCHASE ALUMINUM TUBING FROM A DIFFERENT VENDOR CALLED SCOT INDUSTRIES. THEY SENT ME THE EXACT TUBING THAT I NEEDED FOR HALF THE PRICE. I ALSO TOLD THEM WHAT A RIP-OFF CRC DISTRIBUTION IS AND THEY AGREED THAT WE SHOULD GET AT LEAST HALF OF OUR MONEY BACK.. THANKS FOR STEALING FROM A HARD WORKING LOCALLY OWNED COMPANY. WE HOPE YOU DO GREAT THINGS WITH OUR 1200.00
