Shawn was really great to work with! We gave him our budget and he found us a 5 start honeymoon resort in Cancun, Mexico. My husband and I went to our honeymoon in January 2021 and we absolutely loved it ! We went to Secrets Akumal. Amazing resort! We had so much fun! Shawn got us the best room and flights for a good price ! Will definitely be using him for our future vacations !!

After extensively researching a certain resort, I knew I wanted to book my vacation there. Shawns YouTube video made me want to call him to inquire about booking through him for the “best customer service in the industry” and “equal or better prices”. Upon speaking with Shawn, I realized that the customer service on Travelocity is better because Travelocity.com does not give me attitude. He was rude and unwilling to help. Extremely unprofessional - not the way to run a business. Don’t waste your time trying to book with him.
They are very knowledgeable and helpful and great to work with.

Booked a trip for Aug 2020 with KVS and unfortunately had to reschedule due to the COVID-19 concerns and traveling internationally. (More so having to return and quarantine). I can not imagine how stressful this has had to be for the travel industry. I called shawn at 2 PM and 2 months before our vacation. Shawn was clear with me stating that a lot of travel companies went bankrupt during the mass cancellations due to the pandemic. He said give him a little time to see what he could do, but everything right now is a bit crazy with the travel industry. A little time was 3 hours later with a confirmation of our reschedule for next year! I could not recommend anyone else to take care of you and your travel needs in a timely fashion. I am also a business owner who has been affected by the current climate and I pride myself on customer service. I do not a accept anything but the best when I do business (personal or professional). THIS IS THE BEST! Thanks Shawn and Amanda for taking time and care of a situation the right way.
