I've had my past 3 cars worked on from Cappel's and each time they never disappoint with there kind service to awesome prices. Most recently they took my van in yesterday 12-1-20 for an oil change and to check on why my SRS light was on. Got a call from Holly explaining some services that should be done but she wasn't pushy about it unlike most repair shops which was nice. I ended up getting what was needed to keep my van running nice with a few things still needed to be done when my funds allow. Liked the fact that after the work was done a detailed report with pictures of the remaining issues were text to me so I could see the issues. In the end I appreciated the effort from Holly listening to all my questions and than for explaining everything in detail to me. Hands down the best repair shop in Rochelle and honestly in all of ogle County. Will be back for all my future service repairs.

Just received the best service possible from Cappel's and Rich there. Had a driver stranded on I39 south of Rochelle and couldn't find a tow to get him to Rochelle to get help. Rich not only had a set of tires to put on our vehicle he also helped by lining up a tow as well and got our driver back on the road in record time. Highly recommend Cappel's!! Everyone at DNA Genetics thanks you for all your help!!!

Great customer service. We had a damaged tire on the tollway and Jim and his staff went above and beyond. After our Kia road side service failed us Jim came out to us removed the tire, took it to his shop and came back and installed a good used tire, in reasonable time, and at a reasonable price for the tire and service. We live over an hour from their tire store and wouldn’t normally shop with them, but we will buy our next set of tires from them for the great service.
