We bought a LANDICE treadmill from them a few years ago and were impressed with the team. Years later, Dan continues to service our treadmill yearly and has great availability for any service calls needed. He is professional, friendly, and works hard to ensure we are happy with our treadmill! Thank you !

I went there to check them out after it was highly recommended. I can see why, they are great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Not pushy at all. I went to buy one bicycle and bought two. Jamie and Dan are just awesome. They really roll out the red carpet for everyone. Great place and awesome people.

I tried to order a treadmill online from Nordic track but they sent incompetent installers that stated they cannot bring it downs stairs to my basement. They took the treadmill back and had the nerve to charge me for the shipping and restocking fee. Never order from Nordic track!! On the the hand I went to Rochester Fitness & Cycling got to try the Treadmills, pick the one that is best for me, have it delivered by excellent professional installers that took the machine apart, transferred it down to the basement and installed it with in 30 minutes. Thank you Very Much!! A highly recommend Rochester Fitness and Cycling for all your fitness needs!!!

So far, I am very pleased with this location. Great service and all my questions about bikes were answered. The staff definitely wants to help you find the right fit for you and your biking needs. I just took my new Marin bike out for a ride and am very pleased. I will definitely recommend fellow fitness and cycling enthusiasts to this store.
