The staff was very friendly and willing to explain ingredients for people with allergies. The food was amazing! We had the vegan egg, impossible burger on a gluten free ciabotta roll and a vegan burrito. I also recommend adding a donut; they're so tasty!

Ordered from them on Uber Eats. The restaurant packed the cardboard containers SIDEWAYS in a brown paper bag, leaving the grease to leak out. Didn't see the seepage until after I had already placed the bag down on my bed. Had to change my sheets and I'm sure the Uber driver's car has a lovely reminder of their packaging in it too. Attaching pictures of the bag and leaking container. To top it off, I tried calling the restaurant as soon as my food was delivered and had someone pick up the phone and rudely snap \we're closed\ at me without any chance to get a word in. If you're closed, you don't have to pick up, or could just send me to voicemail. Snapping at me is just unprofessional. I don't think I've ever been angry enough to leave a bad review somewhere, but there's a first time for everything I guess. Going to try calling back tomorrow to speak with someone. The food was pretty good, so its a shame that they were so unprofessional. YMMV with this place.

Great vegan donuts marred by generally awful customer service and poor availability. Until I hear of any changes, I will not be returning. Cons: *Very consistently, they have poor customer service. A perfect example is that on my last visit they openly complained about another customer, who was still in the shop. Then, they delivered an iced coffee when I ordered a hot tea. *Very crowded even in what should be off times and they consistently get orders incorrect. It seems as if they don't have a system for keeping track of orders and preventing errors. Pros: *Excellent vegan donuts at a good price *Great vegan brunch items *Great location by the public market.

Very pricey, I ordered 2 mushroom burgers and a side of home fries, my total came up to 35, I was not expecting to break a 50 for two burgers and fries! & The staff jus left me at the counter, she didn't say Have a good day, thank you for coming, NOTHING, she took my payment and turned her back on me, it was my first time there, and that first impression made me never want to go back again. The burger was good, except I thought the burger was made from mushroom, no,they jus threw a bunch of mushrooms on it, the home fries were burnt with no flavor, I won't return.

Went today it was our first time at a vegan/vegetarian restaurant. It smelled so good when we walked in that we couldn't resist. Our favorite dish of the day was the Rochester plate!! Soooooo good. We also ordered the vegan burrito and added tempah bacon. That was different but still very tasted. It all came out hot & quick. The staff was friendly. The \unsweeted\ peach hibiscus tea was delicious and sweet !! Probably will return.
