Tried to enter the Rochester Hills store on 6/9. Grant yelled at me from the back of the store before I even had the door completely open, that I wasn't welcome without a mask. I can get anything you have at this store online, but am trying to spend my money locally to support our restart and local economy. There is a far better way to communicate your desire for masks than being rude. I don't wear one because the science isn't there to support one, and in fact there are health risks associated with wearing one. There are more friendly and accommodating suppliers in town, I recommend using one of them.

Water analysis needs calibration. I’m always getting crazy values and they over sell chemicals due to the machine. My pool has major swings in balance because I’ve been working with them all summer. My favorite horrible advice...”don’t worry about balancing it, just pour 2 cases of liquid chlorine in and come back.” Hmmm.... chlorine doesn’t work alone! The people working the counter shouldn’t give advice. Maybe there needs to be better training system in place.
