Late to job compared to what I was told, no one would answer cost prior to job being done. I paid travel time and travel time for plumber to get a drain cleaning tool when it was clear I had a plugged drain, total time on job sight 45 minutes, charged me nearly 10 dollars per minute! Had to pay, no receipt! I have been to shop several times to work something out , just get a run around over three weeks waiting for a call to work something out, always an excuse, never a call, 400 dollars to run a snake down drain , I feel completely ripped off, still 3 weeks later no explanation or receipt!!! And zero customer consern, highly recommend to avoid use here.

I had a hot water heater malfunction. As always they were professional courteous and on time. I wouldn't do business with anybody else. They have replaced my furnace.. my hot water heater.. sump pump.. and installed a new backup sump pump for me. They are Simply the Best.

Called to have a simple kitchen plugged drain fixed. They arrived late. Left for an hour to get a piece of equipment that they should have had and charged me overtime 400 for less than 2 hours.
