I Had a issue with the website taking multiple payments and billing (Sue) took care of me within minutes! Great customer service!
Wish I could give zero stars here. Zero communication with the Loves Park water department. I just got a bill from June of 2018 through this month of July 2019!!! How in the world is this possible? Someone needs to be replaced or fired. This should not happen.
200 bill from a family of 4 what a joke
They started a project of sawing/ripping out concrete and replacing underground pipes right outside my bedroom door at 7:15am this morning (Saturday) without letting me know it was going to happen beforehand. I went and talked with one of the workers outside my house and told him that I was frustrated about this and he responded very businesslike: “I understand but we’re within the city codes for noise.” First off, those codes need to be changed. But second and more applicable to this review, who comes and does a very loud project outside someone’s house close to 7am on a Saturday and doesn’t let them know? I personally have medical conditions that force me to have a “later to bed, later to wake up” schedule, so getting up this early throws my whole weekend off. Would love to see you guys be a little more considerate of other people’s time and schedules, especially when they don’t fit with yours.
