We were so pleased with Jamey and his promptness in answering our calls, questions, etc. He was always pleasant regardless of the time of day. The installers were efficient. The building is exactly what we wanted, color is perfect. Yes, we are very happy with the product. We would and have recommended Jamey.

James is very helpful and honest. He went above and beyond to make sure that my building purchase was exactly what I wanted, and designed with my needs. I had communication issues with the manufacturer of the building so I redirected my communications to James and he handled everything. James did all he could do to make sure I did not have to deal the manufacturers lack of customer service and personality. I’m a small business owner so I absolutely know the difference a dealer can make when the manufacturer drops the ball. With that being said. The quality of the building is far more superior in quality then any building I looked at from local dealers. Yes, I would buy from Rock Solid again. Yes, I have already referred them to several neighbors who saw the building and want one

Well I was in the market to build my man cave , 36x62 ft building. I have a good enough engineering background to design my cave. I went to several building sales distributors. I found people who had no idea of what I was trying to build . some models were the cheapest thing I ever saw. Then I wandered into Rock Solid Steels office in Sebring fl. There I met Jamie Owens , pulled out my drawings to see his reaction. That's when I knew I was finally talking to someone who knew what I was looking for . he changed a few things that needed special attention and we were on a roll. Got my building ordered and the crew showed up weeks later to set it up. I have had no less than 10 to 15 people stop and ask me where I go it. It is the strongest construction I and everyone else has ever seen. Deal with people who know their business and you will be a happy camper like me .
I cannot say enough great things about Rock Solid Steel! I was recently in the market for a new shed to call my own and Jamie and his staff were ah-mazing from start to finish! There was a slight hiccup with a small delay from the manufacturer due to Covid but Jamie kept me updated every step of the way until the materials arrived and installation was completed. So worth the small wait. I am LOVING it!!!
I would give lower than 1 star if possible absolutely horrible experience. The the salesman is unreliable and if there is a problem he will tell you whatever you want to hear regardless wether it is true or not will not return calls will not keep appointment truly shade buisnes if you want 1million excuses try rock solid steel
This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. I put a deposit on a garage and March 26, 2020 and have not received indication when they will install. I have called Jamie many times and got the run around. Now he does not accept my calls or return any messages that I leave. Do not use this company if you are expecting any customer service. Now I would just like to get my deposit back.
