Solid Gold!!! Everything about Tri-State went way beyond my expectations. From my time in the showroom, to the last installation visit everything was exceptional. They did exactly what they said they would do, and did it exactly when they said they would do it. No delays, no surprises. Tri-State not only called a day ahead to confirm installation dates, the installers would also call to let me know they were on the way! Installation was brilliant to watch and extremely meticulous. They leave your home spotless, the only thing left behind was my beautiful, precision cut granite! Our experience with Tri-State Stone & Tile was wonderful from beginning to completion. Working with Daniella was a pleasure. Our interest was in granite counter tops. We were impressed with the display and quantity of various large slabs. They made choosing our own unique piece easy. Daniella, using our measurements, mapped out a make-shift template, which really helped me with visualization. Installers David and Christan, were meticulous in their work. They did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend Tri-State Stone and Granite. This was a very satisfying, stress-free experience.
