It's late Sunday morning I called here with a very unique problem! The young man that answered the phone was more than professional, which I find RARE IN ROCKFORD!! He was polite, attentive, understanding, helpful, and most importantly HONEST, and for that alone I would recommend this company! Honesty has been very rare lately, but I WILL ALWAYS APPRECIATE A COMPANY THAT IS ABOUT TRUTH OVER DOLLARS!!! THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR HELP!!!

Very satisfied with the services from Rob's Act Fast Towing! He is very knowledgeable and helped me out in a tight spot. My trucks ignition switch stopped working and couldn't get it our of gear. Called Rob's Act Fast Towing and he came out quickly and disconnected my linkage from under the truck so we could tow it without damage! What towing places do that for you??? Even backed it into my garage!!! Thanks Rob!
Their driver was real professional he picked my SUV up and dropped it right where I wanted it dropped off at would definitely use them again real happy with the service

I called in to request a tow service. My car is picked up and sent to a location where it couldn't be serviced so i request a second tow to my residence. To this day i still havent got my car towed to me. I've left several voicemails and called multiple times. Very unprofessional and my vehicle still has items I need in it. I will be contacting law enforcement as well too if this is not handled immediately.
