This place is amazing the staff. Is helpful and compassionate to the pets. They helped me more than words can say. With a pet I had, more than anyone would. They are a terrific organization pleas adopt from them and help support them.

Every animal ever received here has came back with a rapid respiratory infection. Which is highly contagious, between all animals. The lady at the front desk is very disrespectful and has little to no enthusiasm about her job as if she would rather be anywhere else but there. She shows little to no care for her job or the animals in the shelter, or the adopters who were trying to adopt. My friend went up here to adopt a animal he was directed to stand outside because someone was back there. It was freezing cold and the wind was blowing, she said it wouldn't take long and he didn't want to lose his place in line. There was two other people made to stand outside one wham had a child. He stood out there for 30 minutes just to be let in and all the animals that have been put out for adoption had already been adopted. Why she couldn't say something ahead of time so he could go home beats me.
