If you're looking for a motorcycle, UTV, ATV or any type of cycle related product or service, this is the place to go. They know what customer service is all about. They have a super full staffed showroom and shop. Fantastic people with everyone ready and waiting to take care of whatever needs you may have. Keith and his crew can not be beat, period. It doesn't matter where you may live, the drive will be well worth the trip. Family owned business with old school way of taking care of their customers. I have been doing business with them for better part of 20 years and have never had one reason to complain about anything.

Showroom is clean and nice. Staff seemed to be ok. But I purchased my motorcycle back in late may of 2020, it is now august 26 and still no tag. Asked finance dept and salesman WHEN I BOUGHT IT, if I needed to do anything to get the tag for it. They said no. 30 day paper plate runs out, I call them to check on my tag, THEN they let me know that I have to pay the property tax and send them the receipt, and THEN they can get my tag, none of which they told me when I purchased it. Soo, 2 days later I pay taxes, same day send receipt to them. And now 45ish days later again, I call to check on it, and now they tell me they cant get my tag. And they have to send me my receipt BACK TO ME, bc I have to go to the dmv MYSELF. And they still haven't sent it back to me yet. Waited for me to call them, and then they wilk send it back. Now I'm on my 2ND EXPIRED TEMPORARY TAG, AND HAVE ALREADY AB TO MAKE MY 3RD PAYMENT ON MY BIKE, DOING ALL MY PART, AND I CANT GET A DARN TAG FOR IT, SO IM RIDING AROUND STRESSING GETTING PULLED OVER EVERY DAY!!!!!!!!!!!! THE BIKE IS AMAZING, THE PLACE I GOT IT FROM. .........HORRIBLE HANDLING OF CUSTOMERS, AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, COMMUNICATION, AND CUSTOMER CARE AFTER PURCHASE. I HAVE COME TO THE CONCLUSION THEY JUST WANT TO SELL STUFF, NO CARE TO CUSTOMER RELATIONS. TAKE MONEY ELSEWHERE. UNLESS U WANNA GO 6 MONTHS HAVING TO RIDE ILLEGALLY.

Great checked in at the service department, and was greeted and very professional attitude service manager and I spoke references my machine problems and he imputed it into the system and came outside with me and get machine off my trailer and said will call you when it's ready. Thanks for making me feel at home Panama

Just called these guys after having a horrible experience at a concord nc dealership. Don’t know if they’ll be able to help me or not, but the customer service was unequaled in the power sports industry. These guys were absolutely ready to pick up the slack the other guys dealt out in order to gain my business. They answer the phone, they’re super personable when they speak, and just all around nice people. If they can get something worked out this time awesome, but even if they can’t, I’ll make sure they get my business from now on. Thanks for your help!!!
