South shore BMW has been fantastic to work with. I have had my x5 for over a year and a half and their customer service center has been amazing. Recently had a oil change and all I had to do was text Frank my service guy and I had appointment and a loaner without even calling. It only took a couple hours but it’s nice to have a loaner car just in case I couldn’t make it back before they close. Highly recommend and have recommended them to my friends. Thank you so much for always being a text or a call away.

South Shore BMW - Sam Doxsey, Alex (Genius) and Shaw (Genius) were great. I have been looking for this particular car for some time. These guys really wanted me to know everything about my car, no pressure, first class service all the way. Sam responded to my emails right away, and I don't think there is a question that Alex and Shaw can't answer about the car. Show room is clean and comfortable with snacks and drinks (my daughter loved that!).

Excellent service and quick turnaround. Also, they provided a nice loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being serviced. My vehicle was returned clean an vacuumed. I would have given five stars but I needed some bodywork done due to a minor fender bender and they do not provide this service.They had to refer me elsewhere which is inconvenient. Would be nice if they were a one-stop shop.

Brought my car in to get my e brake adjusted. Dealt with Steve who was super friendly and helpful. After getting the car back i was a little unhappy with how it felt and Steve got me back in and out in 15 minutes with my e brake adjusted just how i like it. It’d be a pleasure doing business here again.
