Quick time for booking service. Loaner vehicle readily offered. Ample communication while my car was in for service. Adorable Frenchie roaming around the location. Have not yet had experience with the Sales side of the business here. We have purchased from 2 other area Minis previously. This was first visit at all to SS Mini, and was for Service. Overall - heads and tails above the other 2 nearby locations in that respect. Will only be visiting here for service moving forward. Hopefully will get to experience the Sales side for our next upgrade as well!

South shore mini is a really nice place.. people are super friendly, big selection, easy to get to from the freeway.. just got an oil change and some other work done, even though it took much longer than expected I didn't mind too much because they are top notch. I literally drive an hour to get service here due to the satisfaction of their service.
