Great service from the beginning to the end. I called this company on a Sunday morning (no hit water) and they were able to fit me in the same day with an estimate over the phone of what my charges would be. Paul arrived right at his scheduled time with the necessary parts to complete the job. He was friendly and courteous and the next time we need service I would request him. Super honest and was very happy with the completed job and will make sure to tell my friends and family to use them with no hesitation. If I could give more then 5 stars I would!! After obtaining several estimates for a new water heater, Cool Breeze Plumbing was the best value. While evaluating the water heater's status, they noticed the water feed was missing a pressure regulator and check value for the home sprinkler system. Their estimate was very competitive, and the installation professional.
Cool Breeze detected a humidifier failure in my HVAC and installed a new one. The detection was right on the money as I knew the humidifier was pretty old. The installation of the new humidifier was done very professionally and exactly. And the Cool Breeze installer explained it all along the way and was quite friendly. Highly recommended.
I highly recommend this company. Chris came out and installed a brand new humidifier. He arrived right on time and I am very happy with the new humidifier. I will be using Cool Breeze for all of my plumbing, heating and AC needs.
My gas furnace was not working properly, Cool Breeze sent out a knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly technician who quickly performed maintenance and made the repairs while explaining to me every step. Another good thing, the appointment was between 8:00 and 10:00 in the morning, I got a call giving me about 20 minutes heads up before he arrived, which was much appreciated.
