Gary Simpson provides incredible and thoughtful service. We searched and searched for someone to repair our 1875 studio upright piano after it was damaged by movers during our recent move. We needed someone who would not only provide excellent craftsmanship but also be willing to come to our home to complete the job, given any additional moves would likely cause further damage to the piano. Gary and his assistant Joyce were both wonderful to work with from booking the job through its completion. They provided a level of personalized service that I haven't experienced in a long time and were responsive and helpful throughout the process. Gary completed the job in a single afternoon and the piano truly looks more beautiful than before it was damaged! The work was done at a reasonable cost as well. Totally happy with the work and hope to have reason to recommend Gary in the future!

Gary Simpson and team did an amazing job refinishing my 70yr old front door. They stripped, fixed any defects, and repainted the outside/inside with a sprayer. Looks better than brand new. Also they stayed on schedule and constantly communicated on the status.
