I had a time-sensitive trip to Washington DC that required reliable transportation to and from the Dulles airport. I found GEL in an on-line search. I liked getting the price in advance, the ability to schedule the appointment on-line, and the GEL app. The driver was early and communicated with me from the time the plane arrived at the gate. I also had to schedule a trip to DC ad-hoc. The driver arranged that trip for me without any effort on my part. My trip was successful in large part because of the professionalism, reliability and great service provided by GEL. I will use the company again and highly recommend it.
I have used Global Express for approximately 17 years. Their service has been truly outstanding. I need my car service to be on time as I am often operating with a tight schedule. They are always on time. I have been completely impressed by their consistency. They even got me out of the District to Dulles in the aftermath of a terrible snow storm. This required them to find a driver who could get to their snowed in facility, shovel a limo out of the snow, and get my family safely to the airport. Absolutely world class. I can't imagine using anyone else.
Got in late at the airport and did not want to wait for 2 hrs for the shuttle. Used my new GEL app and had a ride home within 15 minutes. Definitely use them again.
