I began the buying process earlier in the week with sales consultant, Josh! When the first car that I inquired about was sold, Josh helped me look at other options. By Friday he was at my door step with an RX 350 to test drive. FIVE star. Bill and Willie are truly the best! They went above and beyond for me. There were no awkward price haggles during the deal. It was all smooth sailing and filled with laughter. I was greeted and welcomed the second I walked into the dealership. They were not the typical pushy salespeople trying to get you to sign on the dotted line with intimidation or belittling tactics. Trust me, I was at another dealership looking at the same type of car a few weeks prior. That experience alone made me not want to go purchase another vehicle. In fact, everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Bill and Willie have a customer for life!

This was our 5th Lexus purchase from this dealership although the dealership has gone through a few owners. As usual the customer service was excellent. This was the first time that I had Bill as our salesperson and he was wonderful. Very nice guy, knowledgeable and easy to contact. They are not pushy so makes the purchase much less stressful. Manager Juan is super nice. Would definitely buy another car from this dealership through Bill and Juan.
