Patient 1st clinic is very clean and organize. I like we can do everything in one place and Doctors are very knowledgeable. I didn't like the patients with COVID-19 and other symptoms share the same check in area and waiting area. Also, some of the staff needs better training . I took some blood samples and my arm is bruised for two weeks.

Patient First Rockville is fantastic. All of the staff are professional and caring, and they are able to take X-rays and give prescription medications on site. It's much better than going to an E.R. during this pandemic.

For times when you need to see a doctor in a jiffy, we rely on Patient First to get a quick consult that we can depend on. They are conveniently located on Rockville Pike and have good hours - from 8 AM to 10 PM. Check in process is quite easy and there is enough seating area even with social distancing guidelines. Wait times can be long sometimes, before you get to see a nurse who checks your vitals. Then you are made to wait in a room and that can be long too, depending on the doctor you are waiting for. But the quality or service is good and the medical professionals are polite and courteous :) The diagnosis done is good too and they are good with sending over the report to our main primary care physician. A good urgent care option in the area!

The website and the Google maps info says that they are ready for \walk in covid testing\ and \3 day turnaround.\ When I walked in they told me I needed an appointment and the next one was ten days away. They intentionally lie. I would not trust them with my medical or HIPAA needs.
