Three weeks and no pick up! Every time we call they say they don’t know why our trash hadn’t been picked up. Then they say that we’re on the next schedule to be picked up but AGAIN they don’t show up. Even the manager on the phone seems completely careless and clueless. We’re paying this company to do nothing.
They can never keep a appointment much less a dedicated schedule pick up date it constantly takes 3 days to a week of calling to get a dumpster emptied no matter what size of commercial dumpster.
