Well, I'm not sure. I remember she seemed fairly nice and I believe competent. The weird thing is that I just got a bill for an alleged missed appointment from seventeen years ago. Maybe I missed it, I don't know.

Dr. Crutchfield is professional and compassionate and I have good results when I refer clients to her from my counseling practice.
Too many drugs. Too much money. Further more she is has no phone number to call her directly. She charges full visit for missed appointments and has status in the mental health community, while having roughly no knowledge or concerns for the well-being of people, be the mentally ill or total sane. She has very small office and schedules on yahoo calender her patients. Sometimes refills must be phone directly to a pharmacy becuase she is usually on vacations more than at her chosen job.
