As a whole, the dealership is good. But for my last visit, the service department was superb. The waiting area was good (almost great). And the service rep, Trenton Smith, was the best I’ve had in the last 5 years. He might have been the best service rep that I’ve ever had (for any business that I’ve used). From the time I arrived until I drove away, I felt like he really cared about his job...providing quality customer service.

Thank you Rockwall Honda for being so easy to work with, especially Janett!! We live out in the country and I was done driving to look at cars and just kickin' the tires. I told Janett what car I was looking for and what features it needed. Then we talked numbers right there over the phone. What a blessing!!! I knew what deal I had before I arrived at the dealership, they do not play games!!! Here is my son with Janett handing him the keys....Thanks so much!!!

I would like to share my recent experience with this scam car dealership. I came here to check a used vehicle to trade in but regretted it, they advertise with low prices online to attract more customers, but at the dealership they will add extra 1000 on the vehicle. When you go inside they charge an extra 2000 such as lifetime tire and rim warranty, auto theft protection, and etc. that is nonnegotiable. They also don’t negotiate that much on price. I bought my Honda from Rusty Wallis 2 years ago and expected way different service. Sales man was Glenn.
