I am overdue for writing a glowing review for the team at legacy coach! We purchased our first family RV from them last fall. After looking around at other RV dealerships that felt more like used car lots, It was such a treat to work with a truly professional team with integrity. Although we purchased the smallest coach they had, which was a fraction of the cost of their other inventory, James and Misty still treated us with white glove service. They went above and beyond with advice, communication, and assistance. I would highly recommend!

I saw a coach that Legacy had advertised. Called the office and spoke to James. Within Five minutes of starting our conversation I knew I could deal with him. I flew from FL to Dallas to look at the coach. They were kind enough to hold it for me to travel there the next day so it wasn’t sold while I was in transit. Spent many hours with them, they were very patient, honest and professional. My wife and I had a great experience with James, Brandon and Legacy Coach and highly recommend them.

A few months ago my wife was ready to retire. I had done so a few years ago. As we had owned class A coach's previously we wanted to upgrade to a Newmar Essex and Legacy had two used on display. I happen to stop by around mid day and was greeted by three men carrying fast food take out bags. When I expressed interest in viewing their coach's, they asked if I had set an appointment. I said no and and they requested I set an appointment.They were more interested in eating than selling a few hundred thousand dollar coach. One salesman hand me his card (James)and walked into their office. I'll never return for any service on my new coach I purchased elseware.

The owner had me looking at a coach we wanted most of the day. I made a offer waited 1 1/2 hours just for him to play my bid against someone else. Then told me sorry I just sold it. I hope you're not mad
