Before I went, I already had a truck picked out. Meet Nathan Anderson and finding the truck and looking at it was easy. Getting the truck was a pretty easy process also. My only thing is taking delivery of the truck could have been a better process. I was really only shown how to set up Ford Pass on my phone. I am learning all the other features via You-Tube and the manual.
