I can't say enough good things about this company. Every interaction that I have had with anyone there has been extremely friendly, expedient and professional. They go above and beyond in customer service and conducting business with transparency and integrity which is so hard to find these days! The delivery driver, Jimmy, on my route also goes above and beyond in helping out even when they are working double routes to make up for a snow day (just another example of the wonderful level of service this company provides). I just couldn't handle Denver tap water anymore! I moved to Colorado last summer, and immediately knew I needed to upgrade my drinking water. After researching a bit online and reading the reviews for RMBW, I decided to give them a shot. I signed up online and a received a call the same day from a super friendly staff member. They came out and got me set up the very next day, and I've been using them ever since! Cannot recommend them enough. I haven't had any issues at all, but they seem like the type of company that would make right any mistakes unlike the big corporations like Nestle and Deep Rock. Professional company, and the best water I've ever had at a very affordable price.
Great customer service, and very reasonable pricing. Since I work from home now, my kitchen is the "employee break room" during the day! I find I am drinking a lot more water since I started this service, and all of the employees have been really friendly and responsive. I highly recommend them over other water services I have worked with in offices in the past. Adding a hot/cold water dispenser is one of the best decisions I have made recently!
This company is amazing. They have the greatest tasting water, and the best delivery service you could hope for. We've been using this company for almost a year now and plan on continuing their service indefinitely.
We forgot to put our bottles out and our driver rang our doorbell to see if we wanted a delivery still - which we did. That level of customer service just astounds me. You can tell that the passion and kindness the owner has for his employees and customers is there based on this treatment. We will never go with another company for our needs - this is the best in the city. If you want the best customer service at an affordable price - these are your people!
I just got off the phone with Tracey ordering my new bottled water service. It was the nicest customer service experience that I had in a long time!! She was conversational and even cared about me getting bottled water for me AND my dog. I live in a new neighborhood but the tap water smells and tastes like chlorine. Tracey got me all hooked up. Thank you!!
Customer service and attention to detail is beyond! I actually called a different company first and was told they couldn’t do my first delivery for 2.5 weeks so I called Rocky Mountain Bottled Water and they put me on the schedule 2 days later! We will be long time customers
Great water, consistent delivery, no fuss, no hassle, excellent service. The family plan is great since we go through a lot of water. I'm glad I went with this company for our water needs.
