I would never buy a vehicle from this dealership again nor would recommend them to anyone. It all started with the salesman Dillon lying about a three month warranty and saying that they would drop the price a bit for me. When we were filling out paperwork with the manger Luke I was asking him about it and he ignored me and just kept pressing aggressively to sign paperwork. Then I asked about dropping the price on the used pick up because it wasn't in perfect condition either. Then the manager Luke got aggressive with me again raising voice. He said "What you want to lower your payment?! What do you want to do?! Why do you want to lower the price?! " He said loudly as to intimidate me if front of everyone. The he said "No! We will not drop the price!". Well I wanted the truck anyway. So I signed the paperwork then left. Then a few days later i was was contacted because they had messed up on the financing paperwork and had to redo some of it. I went to license the truck a week later. The county claimed they didn't have the title had sent back to the Rocky mountain yeti. They sent it back because the previous lean on the truck hadn't been released. So I called the manager Luke to explain what was going on and get the issue taken care of which lead no where. For three weeks after I only got voice-mail and Ignored. Finally, after weeks of calling with failure. I somehow got put through with Cindy who got a duplicate title ordered and found the original and sent it to the county eventually. Even though she wasn't very good at communicating either things are now cleared up 50 days later. So if you are into getting the runaround, love getting excuse after excuse, getting ignored and have tons of time to waste getting ahold of someone who will help you then go through them.

Attempted to buy a car a few months back. Went through their financing department where I was given a loan with a 15 percent interest rate. More than double what I have now. None of the paperwork was explained to me and I just felt completely taken advantage of. Would not recommend if you’re a young girl trying to buy a car on your own.

Shawn & Steven did alot of work to make sure we got the truck we wanted and body shop got the bed we decided on. Best people around with awesome work and deals. Cannot wait to get the truck home next week. Body shop is traveling this weekend to go pick up the bed in utah. Shawn is going out of his way once it's done and put together and set everything up how we want it. They have gone step by step on making sure everything set up how we want and explaining everything, showing step by step.
