It all started with Fred Hayman. Then Bijan, Gucci and Ralph Lauren. The rest is fashion history. Once upon a time Rodeo had gas stations and hardware stores. Today a retail space can run you up to nearly 300 million. When it comes to high end designer fashion, if you don't have a flagship or even a tiny space on Rodeo, well you haven't made the big time. So take a walk down Rodeo Drive, but walk in style.
