This place doesn't help you, they only set you up for failure. Some PO's dont like giving out their number so clients cam get a hold of them when they really need to.
The lady on the phone immediately was terribly rude when I need help and didn't even attempt to help me she just wanted to call the police and have them deal with it because she didn't want to have to find out who his PO was for me and then transferred me in the middle of me talking.
