I am so thankful for your company. It was stressful when I realized my fridge wasn’t working. Thank you for being so prompt and equipped to get fix my fridge repaired in 20 minutes. Ryan is fast, friendly, and knows how to get right to the problem. I was also surprised that he had the motor on hand to complete the repairs. From start to finish Appliance RX, did a great job! It was hard to find a appliance repair shop in fort Leonard Wood. So we went ahead and gave them a call! Was a little worried about us being on post, but they had no issues! And schedule for a tech to come out the next day! They also sent a automated call letting us know that their tech was 15min away! Loved that! Ryan was very quick to diagnose the problems with our washer. And fixed it so incredibly fast! He was very polite and gave us so much ease that our washer was ready to go again!

I called in a warranty for a Whirlpool dryer. Appliance RX called ahead of time to make sure they had the right model and serial number and could order the part in advance. The technician came with the part in hand and fixed it that day. Very seldom you get this type of service these days. Very professional company!

Great experience. Love Megan in the office-always happy and helpful. Cameron was our technician.He did a great job diagnosing and repairing our our refrigerator/freezer. He was polite and professional and took the time to answer my questions. I would highly recommend this company.
