I was sent the ‘hard’ roller and honestly it’s perfect for me individually. Although my family found it a bit too solid I felt, as a swimmer, it was perfect for me. I train about 25-30 hours a week and it has helped me recover more than most rollers I’ve tried! These are great products and I would recommend this to anyone who is involved in any physical activity!
