I would rather put 0 star here for this apartments company if I was able to. They towed their own tenant's car at your own charge! My car was towed away even they knew it belongs here, had called and emailed hundreds of times after got promised to have the tow fee reimbursed-just found the manager and staffs there were just dodging you and kicking you around between several phone numbers. I have been with several apartments complexes in different states, this is the least caring leasing office about their tenants I have ever seen. A defective key was issue to you and had you locked outside multiple times and never got it fixed for real. And they will charge you 20 lock-out fee each time!? Excuse me? The maintenance requests have never been responded timely, the leak under sink is still unattended- we have to put a container under it and pour it manually. If you have a second choice, please do NOT consider this apartments as a pleasant and welcoming home!!

Rollins Apartments. Unless you a true lover of insects world and little rodents, STAY AWAY! They have mice, spider crickets, and more other insects. It takes them forever to fix something right, but if you own them, then no forgiveness, they will send you to the collection mafia the next day. Beware. Please make sure any low reviews you see about this apartment listen and think carefully because I’ve made a mistake.
Please save yourself from the hustle to deal with the management, getting your car thawed, insects etc.....so much to say about this community but in general save yourself. I regret not to have paid attention to the reviews when I moved here. ohh! I have started a campaign to google to have 0 star in their ratings.
The ugliness and ineptitude of the management ruins the place. I'm almost tempted to sue them. That's how bad they are. Besides that the place is great
Important Warring!!! Read if you care about your health or love ones!! If you do not want to put your health in permanent harm if you are living here LEAVE! or thinking to move in DO NOT! All HVAC ducts system which are located in the balcony are contemned with over 50 years degraded fiber glass with accumulation of dust and other harmful material which are located before and after cheap filter. So you and love one specially children most likely will develop respiratory diseases such an asthma, allergy and immune system. Management changed my unit after long ugly fight but refuse to do so for rest of units and trying to avoided it in all means.I am still leaving because i do not trust dishonest management who do not give shoot to people health specially children. Save few bucks not worth it to harm your health for rest of your life like what happens to me!
