I’ve been to Shoshoni several times. I’ve enjoyed individual retreats, Family Weekends, and Yoga Teacher Training courses here. The teachers are very knowledgeable and dedicated, and the staff is accommodating and helpful. It’s a deeply spiritual place, with a beautiful Temple. The scenery is lovely and vegetarian food is delicious- some of it grown in their own gardens. Lately I’ve been able to connect online, and I’ve enjoyed their online classes. The depth of their practice continues to shine though.

Shoshoni is absolutely magical. Attended an overnight anytime Retreat and had a blast. The schedule is constructed well and offers many options for any visitors taste. The vegetarian meals were delicious! The staff goes above and beyond to know each guests name and special needs that may have (physical, dietary, etc). The family style set up offers many opportunities to get to know the many people that are coming from various walks of life. Bring appreciate attire to enter the main Temple and ceremonies. Yoga attire is acceptable in all other areas.

Recently completed the 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training at Shoshoni and it went above and beyond all expectations. It was a demanding course that challenged us daily, but I cannot imagine a better way to have teachers ready to teach the day of graduation. The course instructors were organized, knowledgeable and caring and the entire staff at Shoshoni was incredible. The ashram environment is a truly magical place to immerse yourself in the yogi lifestyle. I truly can't express my gratitude for Shoshoni enough for creating what feels like a life-changing experience. Thank you.

I would go back just for the food. Everything was amazing, but the food was the highlight for me. We stayed in the women’s dorm and it was clean and the people were friendly. Shared bathroom was spotless. Yoga and meditation offerings were dynamic and enjoyable. Bring a skirt for temple ladies!
