I saw the negative reviews and thought, it can be that bad. Trust me its way worse. I have no idea how they stay in business if they are this horrible at keeping people equipped with the supplies they need. If I had a severe illness I would be dead a long time ago. Stay away from Lincare!

My wife needed a nubulater so we went though lancare, every thing was fine getting it, the lady said it would be 1.80 a month for 13 months so we told her we would just pay the 13 months and be done with it , she said Medicare would not let them do that, so she needed a credit card number and we did, bad mistake, first month 12 dollars second month 14 dollars my wife spent hours listening to music trying to talk with someone, finally had to call credit card and cancel them, the only reason I give a one star is because they wasn’t any zero star up there, please listen to me before you make a big mistake like we did
I only gave them 1 star because there was no option for zero. My wife needs a high flo oxygen concentrator and we can't get them to bring one. They say that they don't have one available right now. I guess she's not suppose to breathe in the meantime. We would've gone elsewhere but that's who she has to use with her insurance. Pitiful!!!
they never answer a call. you only get a message to hold and no one answers for 20 to 30 minutes.
I try to never say never, but I will NEVER use Rome Lincare again. After my local doctor faxed them my order, it took them 40 DAYS to get my CPAP machine to me. Today, four months later, I learned that I have not gotten replacement supplies because Lincare Rome never put my information into the system. The Rome office waiting area was filthy each time I was there, and the room where I was fitted for my mask was unkempt and had garbage on the floor. I took photos it was so bad. The \specialist\ for my mask fitting looked as though they had just gotten out of bed after sleeping in their clothes. It gives me no pleasure to leave such a review, but the Rome office is unprofessional in every way, and I would never recommend them.
