I live in Oceanside California and saw this very gently used 20 year old Toyota Echo on the net but the dealership was so far away, but I knew right away it was the car for me. It only had 34,069 miles on it and looked brand new inside and out. So I paid 32 on Spirit Airways and flew to Cleveland from San Diego. Tom picked me up at the airport and I had a nice chat with him and Ron while I signed the paperwork. Within 90 min I was off on a 2600 mile journey home. Made it in 3 days. The car runs perfect and I’ll keep it forever. Many thanks to Tom and Ron and the dealership staff for holding the car till I could get there and for being so friendly. It was a pleasure doing business with everyone there. Hope it warms up for you soon !!

Could not be happier with my purchase of a 2001 frontier they had advertised as a Florida truck. Made a three hour drive to go check it out much closer than driving to Florida to find a rust free truck. The truck was exactly as advertised so we took it for a test drive. And things went well by the end of the test drive we noticed the check engine light came on and the ac wasn’t super cold. Tom said he would straighten out both so we made the deal and he went to work. A few parts and a week later we picked up the truck and it’s running great AC is super cold. 500 miles later everything is still great. Thanks Tom... I read through some of the other reviews and wanted to toss in a few things. One I was never given a time limit on my test drive and I was out for a while.. also be aware you are looking at used cars, there will be some small scratches the camera doesn’t pick up and little things that won’t be like new because it is not new.. and last thing buy a warranty! if you are worried about things not going well.. this may offer some piece of mind, remember someone drove this vehicle for all those miles who knows how they treated it. The dealership buys the vehicle, cleans it up puts a few miles on the road then makes a quick assessment of the condition, They don’t have a crystal ball that tells them it may break down tomorrow.

I agree with some of the other one stars on this site. Took my brother who is developmentally handicap to buy a new truck. He liked a 2008 Chevy Silverado. The check engine light was on during the initial test drive. Tom said that they would fix it and wrote it on the contract. Picked the truck up a few days later and the check engine light was still on. We live 40 minutes away and they are closed on Wednesdays so there was a delay to bring it back. They were supposed to have fixed the truck once again. And once again the check engine light was still on. He told us to bring it back in again so we did. I questioned him regarding his mechanic knowing what they were doing. He told me his mechanic that he took it to was the best in the business and is the one that people go to when they can’t figure out what’s wrong with a vehicle. The final time we brought it in, he said it was just a short and so we decided to give it a little time to see if it would work itself out. The check engine light continued to stay on so we took it to a Chevy dealership. That’s when we were told that the only thing he ever replaced was the evap canister. They said that it needed extensive repairs and those repairs were obviously there for a while. If his mechanic is SO wonderful then he knew this upfront, but tried to Band-Aid everything knowing eventually we would get tired of returning the truck.

Sold me a lemon with the check engine light removed from the dash and holes in the fuel filter neck (which he fought me to pay for, finally he did) and lastly the front brake calipers were on opposite sides with the bleeders pointed down at the ground. The passenger sides seized up and made the rotor glow red and started smoking! Can’t even believe this guy sells cars.

Tom was nothing but class. I do not put up with bs and high pressure sales. He was straight and honest as he informed me of things I had not noticed. The car had a dead battery. Policy was to charge the battery. I asked them to replace it instead with a new one. They did so right away. I had purchased the car and couldn't be happier. Great job guys!
