I had the most pleasant experience with Roofing Staff and Remodeling and most especially with Mike. He was very thorough and professional in addressing the condition and needs of my roof. He was able to explain the process very clearly. He took the time to answer all questions completely. My roof required repairs prior to the new roof being installed. Repairs were also necessary inside my garage due to water damage. Everything was so well done you would not know there had ever been a problem. He also pointed out a need for more vents and took care of that issue. A skylight was also replaced. New gutters were also needed and installed. Mike and his crews were very efficient in cleanup. Mike also worked with my insurance to facilitate the paperwork claims for damage and repairs to my roof. I can not say enough about the quality of care, attention to detail, installation and clean up. I have highly recommended and will give future recommendations to Mike and Roofing Staff and Remodeling.

Great Work, Superb Customer Service, Very Reasonable Price!!! One month ago, I called another roofing repair company on a Wednesday to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Come Saturday I still had not heard back from them. I decided to call Roofing Staff & Remodeling Inc, and spoke to Mike. He told me he would be out the same day to give me an estimate. This alone was very customer focused and impressive to me. Mike gave me a very reasonable estimate. He told me he can have my roof repaired for me on Tuesday. Mike was actually able to have my roof repaired on Monday. Since then, there has been some high winds and a lot of rain in my area. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work performed by Roofing Staff & Remodeling Inc. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for all your roofing needs.
Hail and wind damage to my home. Mike was polite and professional. Mike explained in detail what exactly the damage was how long it would take for repairs making sure that I understand the scope of work and the new roof was installed I also had some damage inside that was repaired also. Overall they did an incredible job with all the replacements. I thought getting my roof replaced would be such a hassle, however they made the insurance process extremely easy. Great company, I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a damaged roof.
The work done by Roofing Staff & Remolding has been nothing short of first class. They have exceeded my expectations which were very high to begin with as I am very particular with how I want my home to look. Most of my interactions were with the owner Mike who was extremely professional throughout the whole process. He always returns calls and messages, he's very prompt, he delivers what he promises, he's honest and extremely knowledgeable. The work I had done on my home was having the roof replaced, new fascia, soffit, gutters and downspouts. The quality of the work was outstanding. There was no need for any callbacks since they did everything right the first time. I also had some special requests which they accommodated. Nothing was damaged during the entire process and they did a great job with cleanup after the job. The guys who worked on the gutters and fascia even came back on a Sunday to finish up a few minor details. Now that's customer service. Very impressive. Another great benefit of working with Mike is that he is very familiar with dealing with insurance companies. He came out to work with the adjuster and also handled all the submissions with the insurance company which was a tremendous help. I need to have more work done next year and you can bet I will be calling Roofing Staff to get those projects done.
