We were traveling from NY to FL and drove an hour () out of our way to have lunch at Kahler's and it was a good choice. We especially liked the Blue crab and the Shrimp platter. The restaurant was very clean, adhered to the new cleaning and social distancing requirements and our waitress was awesome! Reasonably priced too!
The crabs was delicious but I didn't like the fluff crab cake
This place is a must see if you are in the Baltimore area and like crab. Their prices on blue crab are reasonable, the staff are friendly and helpful if you've never cracked crab before, and the decor is adorable. They also have a large selection of other seafood options if crab isn't your thing. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area.
I was referred to Kahler's Crab House by my Friend and I am SO happy that she did. I had a GREAT first experience. They have a great menu, delicious food and my crabs and corn on the cob were great. The crabs were heavy, seasoned well & steamed fresh/served hot. My crab dip potato skins were OUTSTANDING too! My waitress was Bridi and she was so kind and friendly. I will definitely return & refer my friends. P.S. They get crowded so it's recommended that you call first to check on space and to reserve your crabs.
