We had a flatbed converted to a dump truck and Cooks did an incredible job. The workmanship was exceptional. The communication and customer care was also above and beyond what one normally sees these days. AJ called and gave updates as the job was being done. When we picked the truck up, he took time to demonstrate operations and answered all our questions. I have to comment that Amber needs to remove her review as the fine people at Cooks cannot be held responsible for how one of their clients may drive. Lastly, I was quite impressed by how the guys doted upon the elderly office cat, Clifford.

These guys really know what they are doing and were great to work with. Definitely would do business with them again. They were able to get a hoist and a bed installed in a time crunch. Our unconventional situation did not deter them from being extremely helpful and doing a great job.

I have been using Cooks Truck for over 20 years. Always great service. As for Amber Heym review I can see she doesn’t know anything about the company and she says it. I guess she doesn’t realize that every single truck body that comes out of their has a sticker on it. They also do not have any fleet of trucks driving around. It’s a shop. An actual place that builds truck bodies and oust them on. Amber Heym You are an idiot for making that review instead of doing some research.

I'm not a customer. I was driving to work on 12/10/2019 at 7 am on Roseville road . A cooks truck was two cars ahead of me . The road was merging and a very small car was next to merge but the cooks truck driver refused to let them in almost causing a huge accident. Truck number 12-390 lp# 1384139. Very irrasonsable. I thought I'd post this so the company would know how the driver of their truck is representing their company. Driving a huge death machine not having anyone's safety in mind.

We approached several companies looking for a custom dump box for our tree truck. We went with Cooks because they were the most professional and cost effective of all of the companies we researched. We had some very difficult needs and requests and they were able to accommodate us every step of the way. Their many years in the industry and their amazing machinery allowed us to customize our truck to fit our needs. We highly recommend them and will be using them in the future to build the rest of our truck bodies.
