I just bought a ‘21 Maverick XRC here last weekend. Looked all around and went to a couple other Can am dealers first. Both dealers were out of stock and couldn’t tell me if they were even getting any more. My local dealer here in Hollister suggested they may get one in six months, and acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking if they could find out for sure. I called Roseville Powersports and talked to Tyler. Within two minutes Tyler was able to tell me exactly what was coming in and the dates they expected them to arrive. I made the 3 hour drive to personally put a deposit on the one arriving in February. Five days later Tyler called to tell me that it came in earlier than expected. I made a second 3hr drive the next weekend to pick it up. Everything went perfectly smooth with the transaction, nice guys all around. Tyler was super easy going. I will likely use our local dealer for minor things because they are so close, but for any substantial purchase I wouldn’t hesitate to make the drive back to Roseville Powersports. My only disappointment, would be the lack of accessories and related power sports products. Other than that it was a good experience.

Sales rep Brian helped me while looking at the Can-Am Defender. I requested to test drive the one I was looking at and he advised the owner would not allow a test drive, only after the purchase!?!?! What the H! Of course I can drive it after I purchase it. How is a customer supposed to know which model best fits their needs without actually driving it. What a joke.. Don't waste your time here.

The team at Roseville Powersports is excellent! This is my first sxs and Drew was able to answer all my questions but was not pushy. The parts guy Alan walked me through all the possible accessory combinations that were available. The sales manager James was extremely helpful in closing the deal. It's obvious he is just as excited about the experience as we were. The service department installed my accessories and gave me a detailed introduction to the machine. Every phase of this experience was pleasurable! Great work guys!
