I visited yesterday 9-18-19 and I had to come on here and just express how AMAZING they were. They did all of my paperwork efficiently and accurately. They were all so nice and spoke to my as if they knew me personally.

I love the staff, just hate how high taxes are. Looks to be some new faces, and this visit was better than my last service wise.

The young lady at the tax office was so rude making excuse not to register my car after I got all the proper paperwork needed. I showed a copy of my auto insurance card and it’s wasn’t enough proof. This young lady was actually going to make call my insurance until a coworker behind her the whole time stated it was okay. Also looked at the paperwork like 5 or 6 times it was ridiculous.Just because I’m a African American (black)doesn’t mean I should be treated like a suspect all the time. The worst experience I ever had but what should I expect it’s North Georgia.

They are hateful, they are rude. They do make you feel stupid. God forbid they ever smile at anyone! It costs nothing to be friendly, kind and to smile at someone. The really good review in here, matches the last name of an employee in there. Probably her relative! If you don't want to be nice to someone, don't work with the public! Lots of people would love to have that job and would be customer oriented. Yea, it's a government job, but you are still dealing with customers!
