Peter and team make shopping for furniture simple. They are helpful and provide great input without being overwhelming. One thing you get with them that isn’t possible at chain stores is that they are not opposed to you taking home furniture to test it out in your own space before you buy! Also, it sounds like they sell most of the items right from their show floor. For me, that meant I took my 6 chairs home same day. No need to wait 8-12 weeks. The service I received here certainly makes this the very first place I will go next time I am furniture shopping.

Just beautiful, quality furniture. Decorators are helpful and not pushy. Wish I could decorate every room with their furnishings.

The customer service at Tuscany Fine furnishings was horrible. I noticed damage to a custom made chair once I got home. I called the store spoke with Dana the sales person and the manager. I sent a picture of the damage to Dana. I was told that the separation happens sometimes and it must have happened during transportation because it was fine in the store. Both of them told me to get a hammer and hammer the fabric into the metal piece on the chair. I told them I will not do that and cause more damage and then they blame me for that. Then I was told by Dana that I live to far for her to send someone to my house to fix it. I was then told by the manager to bring the chair back to the store and they will hammer the fabric back to the metal. As a paying customer I should not have to load a big chair in my car and take it back to the store, they should send some one to fix the damage. Tuscany did not stand by their product and customer after the sale. For a high end furniture store this is very disappointing. 8/30/20 Your response to my “customer review” online is greatly appreciated. The professional response would have been to contact me (the customer) yourself. On Wednesday, I was told that I caused the damages in transport, that I lived too far for someone to be sent to repair it, and how to repair the chair myself; which could cause potentially more damage. The problem is that all of your prior solutions placed me (the consumer) in jeopardy of being at fault and further damaging the chair; all of which were not in my best interest. It was only past the point of frustration and several calls later that a serviceman was offered on Friday. Therefore, clearly there will be no future recommendations from me.

It is definitely worth stopping here first! I found an item that was several hundred dollars more at a different store, and that was their sale price. Tuscany ordered the same item at a far better price. Friendly service, and beautiful showroom.
