Competent and compassionate staff. Explained the process and answered all my questions. Followed through in an extremely timely manner. Communication between staff members and myself was excellent! I have dealt with other hospice companies and Altus exceeded my expectations.

Absolutely top notch. My loved one was with another hospice that was bad, and this one is excellent. Good communication, and excellent staff that are very professional and warm. The director is great. My sister’s nurse Tracey is a hero. She visited my sister in Kingsland yesterday hours after one of the three bridges in to town washed out. All phones were down, so had she not done this, I would not have had information about my sister who was happy, high and dry. Caregivers are human and there have been a couple of mistakes, but Altus being transparent and accountable, told me about the errors themselves. I am usually in Texas but have had to be away a lot because of a family emergency, and I completely trust them with my loved one.
Garbage! My father passed on the 21st of Nov. Altus told my family they would be in contact with us for support. It's now Dec 27th and I still have not heard from them. I did try calling and nada. No compassion.
