I'm out of state and needed a print job and local delivery. WOW! Jay, puts UPS to shame. He went above and beyond and saved me when UPS dropped the ball. This is why you should do business with small businesses. They will go above and beyond like Jay did. I wish he was local because I would be using him for everything we do.
