Called today to get rates after a 500 electricity bill with a different company. Spoke with someone right away, he was straight forward and explained to me what could have caused my bill when the company I was with wouldn't even do that! No hidden fees, he explained everything in detail, and their rates were the best out of the 6 companies I called. Switching to them immediately!
The listed street address actually belongs to the post office. It might be more honest to list a PO Box, which would at least be more clear that there is no business location for consumers to find.
